Think of our discovery call as a brief introduction between your Business and our team here at Supra. We will discuss the main issues surrounding your businesses, current and future strategies , and will begin to discuss how and when our initial audit of your business will take place.
This call has zero strings attached, meaning you should book it even if you're unsure AI Solutions are for you.
INITIAL AUDIT
During this first Audit of your Business, we will navigate the inner-workings of your enterprise to assess where our AI Solutions and infrastructures could serve you best. In order to do so, we may need you to facilitate some information, which we will use to create a full development strategy for our demo solution.
DEMO SOLUTION
After some back and forth interactions, we will submit a demo version of our AI Solutions, specifically tailored and engineered for your business only. Note this will be a very early version, which will look and feel very different from its final version. The reasoning behind this step is to ensure our team at Supra is working in the desired direction for your business, and hence make sure our final product will match your vision.
We also aim to make our process feel real an tangible , as opposed to most of what is available in the AI Solutions market.
SECOND AUDIT + CONTRACT
Once our demo solution achieves a degree that is satisfactory to both parties, we will draft a legal contract that ensures mutual satisfaction. Upon signing , payment will be due and construction on the full solution will begin effective immediately.
In most cases, a second audit will take place to gain further insights into your business, and ensure our solution meets every one of your needs.
FULL SOLUTION DELIVERY
Once construction of our solution is complete , it will be exposed and delivered to your business. A brief testing period will follow , where we will repeatedly update and optimise the solution to ensure it works swiftly and up to standard. Once every systems is fully functional and in place, we will occasionaly update our solution over time to make sure it remains fully functional.
